Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Azeb Seifu comes to NALA with more than 12 years of expertise related to monitoring & evaluation (M&E) , including large data management, database design, data quality assurance, and capacity building. After receiving her bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Anthropology, she pursued and completed her master's degree in Project Planning & Management. As a lifelong learner, she continued to develop her skills in the field and received certificates from Oslo University and Regional HISP in DHIS2 Tracker Level 1 (Kampala, Uganda) and DHIS2 Data Quality Level 2 (Negombo, Sri Lanka).
In her professional career, she worked for more than 11 years at Save the Children International as a Data Management Coordinator, MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) Coordinator, M&E Officer and Data Manager. She also previously worked with the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange as a business operation clerk.
